I have been involved in projects spanning multiple fields including IT, marketing, creative, and entertainment. Working with organizations of various sizes and industries from large corporations to SMEs and startups, I have witnessed many common challenges.
What I have consistently felt in the field is not so much "lack of people" itself, but rather the challenge that "there is too much work that people don't need to do."
In the midst of busyness, what should really be considered gets postponed, and there's no time to organize systems. As a result, the shortage of manpower worsens—I have seen this vicious cycle in many workplaces.
